Stall on the first floor for skills and then proceed to clear every floor. Activate Valkyrie and Metatron when necessary, and try to save Echidna for the boss. On Hera-Is, use Echidna to delay her while you set up the board (if you need it). I tried to wait for exactly fifteen non-light/heart orbs, which isn't necessary, but it's a way to ensure you one-hit KO her. Once you're ready, activate Valkyrie, King Shynee, and Venus to combo her down. Fairly easy clear.
