Yes, here it is, Volume III of the Metal (and rock) That Sounds Like Other Metal (and rock) series! More Metal! More Rock! More Other!

Note: MTSLOM is for ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY. As a drummer in a rock band, and a songwriter, I make no claims about anyone 'ripping' anyone off; there's only twelve notes and only about fourteen keys that don't suck on guitar. This is Metal That SOUNDS Like Other Metal, not Metal Ripping Off Other Metal. So enjoy, or else! Yeah!

They gave Dave writing credit on Ride the Lightning.  Therefore, he's using one of his own licks anyway.  (You know he used to be in Metallica, right?)
Chicago - Green Day? Hang on, what about Led Zeppelins version of "Babe I'm Gonna Leave You" :v
Shin Burning Orpheus
Mechanix came in 83

Those Riffs are so similar it blows my mind.Actually anyone playing that type of music is ripping off black sabbath If you want to be that critical.
You know, as a musician, it is IMPOSSIBLE to write a riff that is totally you. You are always going to sound like your influences.
