I first fell in love with Pesto pizza one day when I had lunch at our local Whole Foods cafeteria. So, when I found this recipe in the Sneaky Chef book I had to try it out. It's very easy to make and very healthy since the sneaky chef is all about sneaking in some good stuff into your meal.
One variation that I did with this pizza since this episode is that I added some chicken to it. Here's how I did it. I took some chicken and used the following spices to season it (1 tbs of dried oregano, sage, basil, salt and 1/2 tsp of salt & pepper) and then I used goat cheese. It was my favorite. In fact, this might be the version I enter in a local pizza making contest next year
