The Voice Kids” Season 1 edition brought out new talents into the world of the music industry. One of them was Lyca Gairanod but do you remember some of her batchmates? She’s Darlene Vibares, who was the finalist of the singing competition. She used to be mentored by Broadway extraordinaire Lea Salonga and was touted as “The Girl on Fire” on the show because of her amazing audition performance.
Darlene Vibares sang “You Don’t Have to Say You Love Me” as her final piece before finishing fourth place in the season. After that, she sang on variety shows such as “Rated K” and “It’s Showtime” to solidify her vocal prowess. Now, she’s not making any waves or noise but if you look her up on her official Facebook page, you’ll see her song “Sa Aking Daigdig” which was released by MCA Music, Inc.
