At this week's 20/20 Talk, Joshua Orr (Root Cellar) discusses why composting is a critical step in urban waste management and an opportunity for sustainability in local food production. He talks about how a current operation known as Feed the Dirt coordinates with 15+ businesses and community gardens to collect and process organic waste from both bulk producers and residential environments.
