Key material witness for the state of Florida's prosecution, Felton Thomas, recently spoke to Tommy Zeigler's investigator Lynn-Marie Carty and 2 police officers from Georgia. What he has to say now is contrary to his trial testimony. At the 1976 Zeigler murder trial Felton Thomas testified against Tommy Zeigler for the prosecution. In his testimony he said that Tommy brought him to an orange grove and told him to fire the murders weapons. Felton Thomas testified that he fired the gun out the window. Now Felton Thomas says he never touched or fired any of the murder weapons and that when the police asked him in his interview on the night of the murders if he fired any of the weapons he told the police, " NO I did not fire any of the guns." These details matter in a quadruple murder case where the wrong man. William Thomas Zeigler Jr., has been sitting in a cage for 40 years on death row in the State of Florida
