Studies show that doing 30 minutes of moderate physical activity such as a brisk walk, five times a week, can lead to significant health benefits. Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan health coach Melissa Wright offers tips on everything from proper workout attire to different exercises that you can do to increase your heart rate and lose weight.
