Reports enables user to format his data in an attractive and informative layout for printing or viewing.

Cellica Database includes a module namely "Report Manager". Use this to design reports for profiles as per your requirement.

In Cellica Database Report Manager module, You can design new custom report and import an existing report.

For Report, you can select page size for your report with page sizes (Letter, Legal, A4).

The "Report Manager" lists all available controls, Label, Textbox, Formula, Location, Unbound-Image, Grid, Shape control, Container and Sub-Report in ToolBox.

Drag and drop a control on to the report canvas to create it. Use the properties panel to modify properties of the control, such as caption.

To display "Logo" on report, use "Unboud image control" with "Content Type" property set to "Logo". Select name of logo from available logo name list added in "Logo Manager".

"Label" control can be used to display different texts like, Static Text, Page Number, Fixed Date ( TimeStamp), Current Date ( Now).

Draw different shapes like "Line", "Rectangle", "Oval" and "Rounded Rectangle".

You can set "Border Color", Border Thickness" and "Border Styles". Also you can fill shapes with different colors.

Use "TextBox" control to display column data from profile fields. Drag "TextBox" control on report and set its "DataColumn" property to column name in profile.

Set properties like "Font Name" , "Font Size", "For Color". You can display border around the column text on report using "Show Border" property.

Use "Container" control to add images and digital signature to the report

Drag "Container" control on the report and map its "DataColumn" to column containing image or signature data.

Sub-Report let you to embed multiple reports within the same page. You can use them for describing relationships between tables such as Parent-Child or Master-Details.


Drag the "Sub-Report" control on report , set related fields mapping from both profiles.


The grid control brings up a spreadsheet view, allowing you to map datasets to the grid view.


Use "Formula" control to add calculated field on reports. These are calcualted when the report get generated at runtime depending on the values of column and controls used in it.

User can add "Page Number" in footer of report. Drag "Label" control on report and set "Content Type" proeprty to "Page Number".
