The Atomic Reactor cabinets are fullrange guitar speakers with built-in tube power amp. They work perfectly with the Axe-Fx by Fractal Audio. The Axe-Fx improved with every update of its firmware which can be downloaded and be installed by the user without any cost.
The acoustic guitar is a H12 Ltd. by Froggy Bottom guitars. It features a Shadow Nanoflex pickup. The signal of the pickup was sent through the Axe-Fx. The signal is 100% pickup, no additional microphone was used. Reverb, EQ, Delay, speaker simulation (for the electric guitar) and compression are coming from the Axe-Fx. The sound that was present in front of the Atomic Reactor speaker cabs was recorded using two studio condenser mics (Rode NT2) which were 20 cm away from the speaker. No additional sound editing.
Electric speaker simulation cab used: "4x12 Recto1".
The guitar is a custom built Schack Guitar handmade by Andreas Cuntz. http://www.cuntz-guitars.de
It has three pickups: Jeff Beck Humbucker by Seymour Duncan (bridge), same pickup stacked in middle position and a Gibson Les Paul PAF (neck position).
