We want to produce 900 ml of a new perfume, enough to fill 30 1-ounce bottles. We have on hand enough alcohol and water (to make 90% alcohol for the project) but we need 135 ml of the fragrance oil. Thus, in front of the camera, we combine the 12 required aroma materials on an electronic balance to give us 135 ml of the "juice." We then mix it with alcohol and water -- and let it age for 30 days. More on this project can be found at:
