Thanks to a partnership with Sesame Workshop and the Partnership for a Healthier America (PHA), PMA members and the fresh produce industry have been granted unprecedented royalty-free access to use Sesame Street characters to market fresh fruits and vegetables, thereby giving our industry a platform from which to leverage Sesame Street's brand equity and the creativity of produce marketers. This program represents a transformation in the industry's efforts to increase produce consumption by changing consumer behavior.
