Heidi Snow Cinader - Author & Founder of AirCraft Casualty Emotional Support Services (ACCESS) www.accesshelp.org discusses her new grief / bereavement / sudden loss book called "Surviving Sudden Loss: Stories from those who have lived it" (foreword by Mayor Rudy Giuliani) on NBC Nightly News. The book contains remarkable firsthand perspectives from those who have lost loved ones suddenly in 9/11, plane crashes, car accidents and in other unexpected ways, without warning.

ACCESS is a peer-to-peer bereavement support group which provides long term bereavement care to those who have lost loved ones in plane crashes. The organization was founded by Heidi Snow in 1996 after losing a loved one aboard TWA Flight 800.
