This panel event took place on June 11th, 2019 in Geneva and addressed the practical and regulatory aspects as well as the economic issues of FinTech.

Switzerland has taken a step towards innovation and is starting to facilitate the formal activity and market access of FinTech companies, especially since early 2019.

In the regulatory jungle of the financial and banking sector, such measures as the "FinTech License" are welcome, however, given the constant technological advance, many questions still remain about how to remain competitive and, by extension, how do they fit together? What other regulatory challenges are on the horizon?
