Umezono MUGEN #1 - Steve Stalong

One of Duck@ss delightfully unique yet broken creations, Stalong is a Guile clone with quartercricle commands. He's very easy to use, very comboable, and has really high priority and speed so he quickly rushes down everyone. Sadly this sort of pressure is indicative of mediocre coding and character imbalance. But on the flipside he has great, great, GREAT comboability so its cool to try different things. I like his supers, though on my 150% damage ratio, they dont do much more then burn the timer.
