"Since the SF Department of Elections' neutrality in this election is disputed, election observers need to get the sequential numbers of absentee ballots mailed out, to see if there are different numbers sitting in Director John Arntz's bins in the basement of City Hall that were never mailed but are nonetheless there awaiting final perusal and release by Attorney Jim Sutton and Ed Lee's political puppetmaster Willie Brown." -Harold Brown, Clean Elections Advocate
