As I post this, I'm a mere nine hours away from my departure to Ohio University for homecoming weekend, 2013. I could not have picked a better project for this week to get myself ready to walk on Athens' red bricks tomorrow. I am not a videographer, all footage was shot in a two year timeframe, with a handful of different cell phones and put together in iMovie. I apologize for lack of quality. And for the two plus years it took for me to finally sit down and make this.

The first half of what you're watching was my daily walk... down Court Street and through College Green to the Scripps building, where I was inspired, challenged and molded to be what I am today and what I plan to be in the future.

The second half more prominently features the most important people that took part in my college experience. Roommates and friends, friends and roommates. Brothers. Our house on West State street will always be home to my fondest memories. I can't wait to see their faces upon watching this.

Ohio University and the city of Athens mean a lot to me, more than this video can show. Thanks for watching.

Song Credit: I own zero percent of the amazing song used in this piece, it is (appropriately) named, "All My Friends" and is performed by LCD Soundsystem. You can listen to their music and do other things here: http://lcdsoundsystem.com/main/
