Happy Times Trailer (2000)

From Chinese Director, Zhang Yimou. Billed as a "comedy" this movie is more a drama once you are past the first 20 minutes. It is about how many things that are rejected are not always broken -- the bus, the factory, old people, and handicapped. It also has "perhaps" the negative aspect of capitalism's focus on money equating to worth as not all positive in China. Available on DVD on Amazon.
