So your wanting to start getting fitter or more toned up, me too so i'm doing this get fit video program where we can keep each other motivated, each week i'll be adding a new excercise this way its not too overwhelming doing it all the first week.

Summary:
Carry Out 3 sets of 10-15 pressups with 15-30 seconds breathing time in between. If your finding it too easy increase the amounts, i currently work at 3 sets of 40. You should try and do as many as possible and try to beat yourself next time.

Carry this excercise out 4 times a week on alternate days or 6 times a week with sunday as a rest day, you should always have a rest day.
