http://www.markdacoron.com 2x speed. This is my round 3. I took a break for about three weeks. Starting it up again. I didn't show the pull up moves as I couldn't move the camera to where my pull up bar is. I showed what I could show here.

i don't understand how to perform a diver push up.... i get the first part, but the coming back part is confusing
@CrimsonTeam yes you jts keep pushing your self till you can but try to know your limits you may hurt youself if you push to hard
@n0thing0nMe i know what you mean i am 250 and started at 280 i lost all that weight in 3 weeks doing this workout alone and i had a hard time doin all the reps you can do half the reps and still se results just do 10 reps per workout till you dont struggle or feel you can do more and a tip dont do the workout everyday you may hurt yourself only do a max of 3 times a 7 day week not a busness week because you want to allow your body to heal and trust me it works 
for those who dont know there is a think called muscle memory if you have the p90x videos then you know if you do the same workout for to long you may not see good results and if you have this then you know i am right for those who are doing what i am doin by using youtube to find the workouts know that this is only for the arms and chest there is the abb workout and the cardio workout as well and i already know some of you might reply saying that you already know but some people don't so shutup
