In 2006, Duane Peak was subpoenaed to submit to voice analysis so that his voice could be compared to a 911 call made in 1970. The voice analysis proved that he did not make a 911 call in 1970 that lured police to a vacant house in Omaha, Nebraska, where a booby trapped suitcase exploded killing a police officer, Larry Minard. Two men, Ed Poindexter and David Rice (Mondo We Langa) were convicted based on Duane Peak's testimony and sentenced to life in prison. This audio proves that the Douglas County Attorney's Office suborned perjury from their main witness. Nebraska courts and the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals did not grant the prisoners a new trial based on this evidence.
