On Monday, October 20, 2014, at 12:00 am, the victim and witness were walking in the intersection at Bourbon Street and Governor Nicholls Street. The victim and witness were walking with a black male (6',160 lbs., dark skin, long wavy black hair, clad in pink polo, gray zipper hoodie, and blue jeans) and a black female (clad in a red hoodie, nothing further).
The victim and witness stated the subjects had approached them and started walking with them around the intersection of Ursulines Street and Bourbon Street. The black male was making small talk with the victim at which time he snatched the victim's purse located on her left forearm. The black male ran northbound on Governor Nicholls Street then unknown and the black female fled westbound on Bourbon Street then unknown.
