The Superaxe is probably Australia's most well known wood splitter - setting new standards in performance and safety. Designed and manufactured by Whitlands Engineering since 1995, the Superaxe is unmatched in its ergonomic design, efficiency, safety and ease of of use.

There are 3 Superaxe models available, the one in this video is the WS400 with an elevator. See our website for more specifications www.superaxe.com.au

Featuring the patented pivoting blade system (as different from our Aussie Chopper brand, which features a sliding blade system), the Superaxe in this video is the WS400 model with an elevator, powered by a 14 hp Subaru Engine. The WS400 Model has a incredibly quick 6 second cycle time, and the blade develops 40 tons on power at the base of the axe. The elevator is an optional extra and does not come standard.

The Superaxe features the 2 handed control system, keeping your hand away from the moving axe. This innovative safety feature is compliant to Work Cover NSW regulations. The Superaxe also features a massive undertable construction for a lifetime of trouble free use, and a generously sized workbench for efficient splitting. The hydraulic block lifter (standard inclusion) will effortlessly lift up to 250kg meaning no bending or lifting - and no more back aches at the end of the day! The machine is covered with a 2 year warranty, and is made in Australia.
