I had been looking for this shelter`s long lost hidden entrance for years - then in 2001 a developer knocks down the old DHS school and a call from Andrew - and years of searching has ended. Note the electric controls for the shelter lighting, the row of coat hangers, but most interesting is the red hand painted "V for Victory" sign. Note under the red "V" the morse code "...-" which is the start of Beethovens 5th Sympony - used as a code for victory by the Allies
