Soaking pork in SAKE and Grated ginger will eliminate the oderof the meat.



Yukari's SHOGA-YAKI (Pork Saute with Ginger)

3-1/3 oz Pork loin (Sliced)

For Sauce
2 tbsp SAKE (Rice wine)
1 tsp Sugar
2 tbsp Soy sauce
2 tbsp MIRIN (Sweet cooking SAKE)
1 tsp Grated ginger
2 tsp Sesame oil

Favorite vegetables


豚のしょうが焼き

豚ロース(薄切り) 100g

タレ
 酒 大さじ2
 砂糖 小さじ1
 醤油 大さじ2
 みりん 大さじ2
 すりおろし生姜 小さじ1
 ごま油 小さじ2

お好みの野菜
