Deadlift training from 1-13-11. Brian wanted to try some reverse band deadlifts for max effort sets of 5 reps. This was the last set and since the form started to break down this is where he stopped because they goal was not to hitch at all.
The band tension at the bottom of the lift was 185 lbs and almost completely deloaded at the top of the lift. This training was done to help the upper end of the deadlift.
