What Inspections Should You Get If You Are Investing In Russian River Real Estate?
When you are in escrow on a property you will have an inspection contingency which means you can cancel escrow based on any inspection that you are unhappy with without losing your deposit. If you have already released your inspection contingency you can still back out but you could lose your deposit so it is important that you get any inspections you deem necessary and read them carefully before releasing your contingencies.
