Plan was to hit 10 reps at 430 which was did happen but I had to rest 30-40 seconds after the 7th rep. Hamstrings and groin were still sore from hill sprints 2 days ago. Also, did SLDL from a 2 inch deficit 330x6. Bodyweight was 204.
