If you have a WINDOWS laptop or PC you can get Bounce Metronome Pro, and play these rhythms at any tempo, with many other features. http://bouncemetronome.com/features/t...

It is probably harder to do than you expected. To find out more visit

You can set Bounce Metronome to go silent for several measures at a time. This one plays then goes silent in the pattern 4, 3, 5, 3, 1, 2, 6, 2, 1, 2, 4, 2, 3, 2, so 4 measures playing to help you get into the rhythm, then silent for 3, then 5 playing, silent for 1, ....

You can enter whatever numbers you like there in the software, the idea with this one was to get reasonably long stretches to get into the rhythm combined with short but irregular gaps so you don't know when the metronome will come back in again, also won't always go silent in the same places in your piece.

This feature is great for helping to develop your own inner sense of a steady tempo. Makes sure you can continue to keep good time without a metronome or click track to help you.
