We were at the shooting range with some interesting neighbors. a U.S. Customs helicopter was flying officers around the 1,000 yard range to practice their aerial platform shooting skills.

Very cool

U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) is a federal law enforcement agency of the United States Department of Homeland Security and are the largest law enforcement agency in the United States

CBP is headquartered in Washington, D.C. but has many agents and resources along the international border with Mexico.

The helicopter is a Eurocopter AS350 Ecureuil (Squirrel)
These are quite popular single-engined light helicopters used by Law Enforcement and Fire Fighters around the world

This shooting range TRC (Tucson Rifle Club) is about 40 miles north of the border.

Tucson Rifle Club was first organized in 1896 and chartered by the National Rifle Association in 1919. As such, TRC is one of the oldest continuously operating shooting clubs in the State of Arizona.
