The Occupy Movement is not partisan and in fact it puts a plague on both houses. And some staggering figures on poverty released by the Census Bureau yesterday let us know why. In 2010 poverty rose in almost every single state but Congress can't even get a jobs bill passed in pieces and the Super Committee is reportedly in gridlock over where to start the 1.2 trillion minimum in cuts. So how do those in the middle, libertarians, see this movement? Reason Magazine's Matt Welch weighs in.
