Change of direction, deceleration and acceleration are 3 components of sport speed development which all athletes need to develop.

Foot placement and center of mass are the 2 key elements for developing sport speed.

Demonstrating this drill is a former all-state running back, using our Pro Athletic Bands. Adding resistant bands to the equation forces the athlete to focus on foot placement and to lower the center of mass. This will fully develop the needed 'change of direction' speed which is very important in sports such as football, soccer, lacrosse and tennis.
