Smolensk Airplane Crash Controversy Report

Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk has described the Russian committee's report on the reasons for Lech Kaczynski's jet crash as "incomplete." Pilot error in landing in thick fog is blamed who fatally failed on the landing attempt. Polish President Lech Kaczynski and his wife Maria Kaczynski were on board the plane and have been killed.along with Katyn memorial governement delegation of 96 on the way to Smolensk.
