On February 3, human rights activist Virak Ou, president of the Cambodian Center for Human Rights, discusses the recent protests in Cambodia, addressing the conditions by which a revolution in the country might arise.
This event was organized and held at the Center on Democracy, Development, and the Rule of Law (CDDRL) at Stanford University. It was co-sponsored by the Center for East Asian Studies.
