It really couldn't be more simple to make yourself a clean treat, that won't get in the way of your goals! In a blender or bullet, place one frozen banana, 1 tsp all natural peanut butter, 1 tsp unsweetened coconut, 1/4 tsp coconut extract. Blend and serve in a cone or a bowl (those cones are only 20 calories ;) So good!!
