Josh Penry response to question 3: Bill Ritters 2006 Colorado Promise campaign agenda appears to have been a fraudulent, bait-and-switch scheme to get elected. Colorados weakest governor in decades did not tell Colorado voters he would pass the largest property tax increase in history without getting approval from the voters; that he would sign an executive order in on a dark Friday afternoon in November when he thought no one would notice handing over state government to union bosses; that he would dramatically increase vehicle registration fee taxes forcing county clerks to hire extra security to deal with an enraged public; or that he would endanger public safety by putting violent felons back on the streets before their sentences expire. Why are you the best Republican candidate to unseat an incumbent Democratic governor for the first time in 48 years?
