This video shows a screen recording of Brukers flexImaging software. It features a MALDI imaging dataset of mouse pancreatic cancer, recorded at 50µm spatial resolution on a solariX FTMS. The dataset is co-registered with a microscopic virtual slide of the same tissue section that was stained with H&E after the MALDI measurement. The video shows how the overlay of microscopic and molecular modality is necessary for a complete understanding of the dataset.
