Boot Camp won't start in Windows 7 or Windows 8:

So you setup OS X Boot Camp on your Mac and in Windows 7 or Windows 8 the boot camp control panel gives you the following error:
"An error occurred while trying to access the startup disk settings..."

Here's a work around fix...
C:\Windows\System32\runas.exe /trustlevel:0x20000 AppleControlPanel.exe
