Get ready to tone up your legs! Today is day 9 of my 3 week program to hit your fitness goals. I'm having some technical difficulties with my blog, http://bpm.tv, which is where you can usually find the workout breakdowns. To make sure we don't lose any momentum, today we're doing a workout from the past called the In For The Kill - 600 Rep Killer Body Weight Leg Workout. You can find the workout breakdown at: http://bpm.tv/workouts/in-for-the-kil.... If you are a beginner, try doing each exercise for a full minute. That will equal a 12 minute workout. If you're more advanced, go for the full 600 reps! We're also focusing on recognizing our weaknesses so we can create strategies to overcome them!
