Shahi paneer is a paneer dish where paneer is blended in a thick gravy made up of cream, tomatoes and spices. It is a mainstay of Indian cuisine. It is mainly eaten with roti, chappati or other Indian breads Shahi Paneer is a very popular and rich vegetarian recipe
Directions 15 number almonds 1 tbsp coriander powder 1/2 tsp garam masala powder 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp koya 1 to fry oil 1 number onions 250 grams paneer 1 tsp pepper powder as per taste salt as needed water 2 number whole garam masala dry pinch zeera
• Take a pan add oil,whole garam masala, jeera, onion salt mix well then add ginger garlic paste, pepper powder, coriander pwdr, make almond paste add the pasta and add water cook for 30 mins.
• cover with the lid then add paneer, garam masala, koya mix well and cook for 5 min if required add cream and bring it to boil.
