Sorry but it's not a good not for anglers using mono-filament or braided fishing lines, there are far superior knots for the purpose however it does work well with "Cutty Hunk" type lines, but who uses these types in the 21st century?
Nocutitout
No they are not, you retard. A noose is it's own, single knot. A hangman's knot. If you tried to hang someone with it you better hope they fall far enough to break their neck, or tie it tight enough it strangles them, which woukd kind of defeat the purpose.

wow nice ;)

All of these are for nooses.

Thanks for that!

this knot is good for use with anything that requires movement to make it look like bait (perfect for jig heads and some lures)

it is a variation of the perfection loop knot. I use the perfection loop for fishing on 2lb test and it is fast to set up and you can control the size of the loop.

can you show us how to tie a noose knot? thanks, Joe.

This is a perfection loop. You've just tied it in a different manner. This is an acceptable method when you have a rope, but trying to tie it on a fishing line by threading, as this method requires, is more difficult than just a standard perfection loop. Search for "Perfection Loop" on YouTube for an easier way to tie this loop.
