This is the most simple meal to make and just by changing some of the ingredients you can make it a lot better for you!
And i said in the video 9points for a meal thats if you have less than 4 ounces of turkey which I did!
Its all in how you divide it up per 1/2 cup of sauce

What I used:
Noodles Whole Wheat Spaghetti: 5 points per 2oz
Pasta Sauce: 2 points per 1/2 cup
Ground Turkey: 4points per 4oz
Onions
minced garlic
garlic salt
onions powder
sea salt
ground pepper
All veggies are 0points
