FME Buffer info
Additional FMS URLs:

If you notice that the "buffer" in Flash Media Live Encoder is increasing, and FME attempts to lower the quality of your broadcast, we have a solution. This is probably caused by congestion in the internet between your computer and Justin.tv ingest servers. We've set up proxy servers around the world to address this issue. They are globally load balanced based on your location.

To use this new service, all you have to do is change the "FMS Url" to "rtmp://live-3c.justin.tv/app".

You can also pick a server that is physically close to you. (9/8/11 Update: Some of these servers have moved, and may be no longer available) Here are the current locations:

Main Origin Cluster: rtmp://live.justin.tv/app
West Coast Secondary: rtmp://live-lax.justin.tv/app
East Coast Secondary: rtmp://live-wdc.justin.tv/app
US Central Secondary: rtmp://live-dfw.justin.tv/app
European Secondary: rtmp://live-lhr.justin.tv/app

Global Load Balancing service: rtmp://live-3c.justin.tv/app (Recommended! More info Here)
