Cadets enrolled in the Protective Services program at Jeff Tech acquire an abundance of skills. This video shows the tournament that was held on May 18, 2012. Cadets were divided up into lightweight, middleweight, or heavyweight classes to allow better matches, and a better training experience. The fighting style that is taught is mostly centered around the United States Modern Army Combatives Program (MACP). Instructor - and United States Army Ranger - Troy Conrad uses this program as a means to build a cadets self esteem, and its intended purpose is for self defense.
