Here is the classic finisher commonly done with push-ups and other various exercises. The workout is to the song "Flowers" by Moby
Most recent CrossFit Games Champ Rich Froning had the CrossFit Sally Challenge.

The goal is to make it all the way through the entire song by going to the bottom of a squat when they say Sally Down. You will hold that position until they say Sally Up. Guys shoot for 135 pounds, Ladies 95 pounds.
