Eleven pull-ups at 62.6 kg bw. March 30, 2009. (My all-out PR at approximately the same bw. is twelve reps.) Tried to do some flexing afterwards. The lat spread is clearly not my strong side....

That was pretty good actually I could tell you had control of your muscle even though it became harder towards the end.

@original mind. 11 pull ups is impressive for anyone. I wouldn't consider myself out of shape or cut just in the middle with a lil extra and i can only do 15 conventional pull ups.
