During the week of December 2nd -- 6th, 2012 the York County Sheriff's Office hosted its 14th annual Police Bloodhound Handlers Seminar at the Kings Mountain State Park located in Clover, South Carolina.

There were 18 different police agencies in attendance for the training. Those agencies were from across North and South Carolina, as well as K-9 handlers from Georgia, Virginia, West Virginia and Indiana.

The training seminar is structured for beginner to advanced tracking bloodhounds, and for continued training for experienced K-9 handlers. Throughout the week, training was conducted in wooded, residential and town areas.
