Deadly Wind Mugen | Killing the stars

She has such amazing combo capabilities, she may lack of balance a bit, especially with those OTG combos, but she is, perhaps, the best thing that I've seen from Pre-to.
Also, you probably haven't noticed because of the shitty quality, but actually her sprites are very good.
