Terri Walker and friends perform an unplugged version of her collaboration with Haggstrom on the track Be My Baby.

Haggstrom’s trademark combination of big room beats and cutting edge synths has resulted in making him one of Sweden’s biggest exports since Ikea! Since moving to London he’s not had time to stop, and his alter-ego Peo De Pitte has seen similar success with his huge bootleg remix of Sidney Samson’s “Riverside” clocking up over 75,000 downloads to date! His tracks have gained support from the world’s biggest DJs – Afrojack, Crookers, Groove Armada, MJ Cole, Sinden, Roger Sanchez, Laidback Luke, Jaymo & Andy George to name but a few.

Anyone that’s into music will know the name Terri Walker, a 4-time MOBO Award Nominee and Mercury Music Prize finalist, best known for her R&B stylings on singles such as “Cha-Ching (Lovin’ You Still)”, and “Whoopsie Daisy”. Terri brings her sweet vocals to this pop/dance crossover tune, which is backed up by some killer remixes!

First up on remix duties is Diamond Cut, who takes Be My Baby right back to the eighties. This one wouldn’t sound out of place on the soundtrack to a John Hughes movie, in the best possible way of course. This one is pure Lifelike-meets-Fred Falke, but with a more club-friendly vibe. Feel the synths on this one!

Haggstrom straps on his Peo De Pitte head for a brand new re-edit of his breaks-meets-electro take on his own tune. This one will smack you in the face, but still make you want to groove, with a twist of acid on the side!

Simma Records cohorts and fellow Swedes Yeah Woho! take the track somewhere we never thought possible, twisting up Terri’s vocals and getting proper stompy with the beats!

Last, but by NO means least we have an incredible Big Room mix from Timothy Allan, whose recent work on The Shrink Reloaded’s “Nervous Breakdown” made him a firm favourite with Fatboy Slim, and his reworking of Dave Seaman & Funkagenda’s “Mighty Ming” is currently doing damage on the Toolroom label. Here Tim sprinkles a healthy helping of glitter, maintaining a deep vibe that grows and grows as the track progresses, culminating in a huge drop!
