Linda Summitt pleas for the release of her son, Dustin Turner, who was wrongfully convicted for the murder of Jennifer Evans in 1995. After Dustin had been granted release under a "Writ of Actual Innocence", it was overturned by the higher courts in Virginia. Even with new testimony and the revelation from the Naval Investigator, John Floyd, that the Navy's investigation concluded that Dustin was not involved in the murder, Mr. Turner remains incarcerated.
