This is a recording of the Indiana Department of Education's regional culinary workshops for child care food service staff who participate in the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP). The purpose of the workshops was to encourage childcare cooks to prepare healthier meals with an emphasis on fresh fruits and vegetables, legumes, and whole grain products.
